Subscription

The subscription of  i-doit is based on an annual user fee, oriented to the number of documented objects per client. You have a choice of several different object packages, which can also be used as additions:

the subscription contains

• regular updates and add-ons,
• an opportunity to expand i-doit with certain modules,
• reporting and import/export functions*,
• Online-Services.

If you wish to use or install a Smart ITSM solution, the subscription version of i-doit means you are also fulfilling a requirement for claiming support and maintenance services for the entire Smart ITSM solution.

Please take into account that an object package can be used only for one client in each case. If you wish to operate i-doit as hosting service, a partnership with i-doit is perhaps a suitable alternative.

The term of the subscription is one year in each case (staring with the purchase date) and shall be extended automatically at the end of this term. Any extensions obtained in the course of the year will be charged on a pro-rata basis. Notice to cancel individual packages or the entire agreement must be served at the latest three months before the term is due to end.
